Facility Fee: Use of the Victorian for seven hours (two hours to prepare and five hours for the party). Disc Jockey, Minister, Baby Grand Piano, Tables, Chairs, Linens, Napkins, Victorian China, Glassware, Silverware, Staff, Sound and Music for Ceremony and Reception. Use of the 5 areas, Victorian Brides Floor, Groom Closet, Main Floor, Garden with Gazebo, and Large Dining Gardens. River City DJ, industry leader and MC for 15 years plus, and an owner of the Victorian, hosting your party and dancing to follow. Minister services are included but you are welcome to bring your own. And a Baby Grand Piano for the seating music and the wedding or you can have the deejay play your favorite songs for the wedding.

Brides Floor - Victorian bedrooms full of antiques, huge ornate mirrors for the bride and her party to prepare, antique bathrooms – with claw foot tub and shower, balcony and patio’s.

Groom Closet: 30’s style speakeasy decorated with all your favorite Rat Pack members and guest starring Elvis. Full of activities for the guys while they wait for the ladies to prepare. 30’ bar with lots of neon, billiards on a crap table?, Jukebox, foosball, shuffleboard, darts, a stereo that rivals the deejay’s system upstairs and a pinball machine all set up for free play.

Main floor, Grounds, and Rose Garden: Tables, chairs, napkins, linens, centerpieces, Victorian china, silverware, Glassware (including water, fluted champagne, cabernet, chardonnay, martini, rocks, and margarita glasses.), antique Italian oak and brass bar, turn of the century motif dining room and dance floor. The Victorian, the 4 hundred foot palm trees and grounds dipped in white lights for that elegant evening affair under the stars and party lights dimmed to perfection during another beautiful Sacramento summer/fall evening. The Rose garden fast approaching 100 years the garden is full of original roses to the property as well the bright white gazebo with custom brickwork outlining the perfect wedding ceremony.

Entrée: $25 food credit: Our most popular being an average of $27.00 p.p. All food is made from scratch including breads, dressings, and appetizers. Keep in mind at this price all hors d’oeuvres are included and we have no cake cutting fee. These are definitely items that would be an added fee at most facilities. See our menu for more info.

Beverage Package: This includes free flowing Cola, Diet Cola, 7up, Root beer, Tonic, Soda, Collins, Coffee, Tea, Iced Tea, Sweet and Sour, Triple Sec, Grenadine, Orange Juice, Cranberry Juice, Grapefruit juice, Pineapple juice and tomato juice. All this and you bring in your own Beer, Wine and Liquor with NO CORKAGE FEE. This is your biggest savings when comes to hosting a wedding anywhere!

Bartender: Mixing up your favorite libations for Adults and Kids alike. Additional $150.00 for parties over 100.
